Grand rising, Princess. It’s about 11:15am here where I am right now. Your Abba Father has a message for you that He is eager for you to hear. As always, through this devotional, I allow God to speak through me first, and then I lay out the rest of the groundwork from the foundation He has laid. Let’s get started….
“My daughter, you know that I am the King of all kings. Since you have been adopted into my kingdom, that makes you my royal child. I have breathed on this word and set it forth before you. Nations upon nations will soon bow as I sit upon the throne of grace. Carry yourself as the royalty that you are. I have already set you apart and called you by name. Accept your place in the royal palace and diligently work as a kingdom worker. You have much to do. I will always be with you. I want you to call upon my name when you need something. I will hear from heaven and answer your prayers. I want you to learn your place in the body of Christ and seek how I want you to carry yourself. I assure you, that how I want you to carry yourself is different from how the world wants you to. I am calling you out of the world my daughter. I love you with an everlasting love. Soon I will reclaim you as my own. It is your choice to accept your place in my kingdom or not. Count the price before you decide. Now go, my daughter, you have much to do.”
Wow!!!! I just love that don’t you? I love how God talks to us. We truly ARE His !!! This word makes me feel so good inside to have a God that truly seeks relationship with us. Let me not get off on a tangent though because we have a lot to unpack.
It is easier for me to break down God’s message line by line, so I’ll start with the quote, and then unpack it as I’m led.
“My daughter, you know that I am the King of all kings. Since you have been adopted into my kingdom, that makes you my royal child.
1 Timothy 6:15 NLT tells us, “For, At just the right time Christ will be revealed from heaven by the blessed and only almighty God, the King of all kings and Lord of all Lords.” So from this we know that Jesus is the King of kings and of the highest royalty there is. He is above all others and rules over all of the heavens and the earth. Romans 8:15 NLT tells us, “So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” Boom!! This one scripture tells you so much!! It tells you that you were adopted as God’s child, you have His powerful spirit (the Holy Spirit), AND we call Him, “Abba, Father”. This proves that you are of royalty. More specifically, if you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and you have repented and truly accepted salvation, you are adopted into God’s kingdom.
I have breathed on this word and set it forth before you.
Job 32:8 NLT says, “But there is a spirit within people, the breath of the Almighty within them, that makes them intelligent.” Luke 12:12 NLT says, “for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what needs to be said.” (Also read Exodus 25:22, Psalm 86:9) “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.”
2 Timothy 3:16 NLT
We should have daily communion with Him and seek daily instruction. He wants us to truly seek His words and trust that we are hearing from Him.
“Nations upon nations will soon bow as I sit upon the throne of grace. Carry yourself as the royalty that you are.”
As God sits upon the throne of Grace, we should be offering our lives as a sacrifice to Him, but much more we should be obedient to what He wants from and for us. As a daughter of royalty, it is of utmost importance to learn obedience and respect of His authority.
I have already set you apart and called you by name.
Isaiah 49:1 NLT says, “Listen to me, all you in distant lands! Pay attention, you who are far away! The Lord called me before my birth; from within the womb he called me by name.” How beautiful is it that our Abba, Father that sits in heaven knows us by name?! That’s personal!!! That feels mmm mmm good!!! You should feel so honored and special!!! I know I do!!! There is no relationship in this earth that is more important than the relationship God wants to have with you. I urge you to cultivate it and seek to draw closer to Him.
Accept your place in the royal palace and diligently work as a kingdom worker. You have much to do. I will always be with you.
Colossians 3:23 NLT “Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.” I personally had to realize that the jobs I worked were not just jobs I worked. For so long I hated my jobs and always felt like a slave until I had a shift in thinking. Instead of being tired of the redundancy, I started to meditate on this scripture and began to see that I was actually a kingdom worker here in earth. The way I carried myself and the lives I ministers to on my job was actually my higher calling. I began to see that customers that I helped, reeled over my service and positive attitude. I began to see how grateful they were that they came to get help from me instead of someone else. I realized the shift was in my mind and in my countenance. No longer did I see people as just customers, but I began to see people as people. I started to realize that everyone is going through their own journey, and that I had the ability to put God’s imprint on them by the way I chose to work as unto the Lord. This brought so much positivity into my space and I now see work differently.
I want you to call upon my name when you need something. I will hear from heaven and answer your prayers.
2 Chronicles 7:14 NLT says, “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.”
God wants to hear from you. He also says in His word, ‘when you pray, pray as if you have already received it’ (Mark 11:24). Prayer truly works but you have to believe that it does. God as your Abba Father has so much for His royal children but He wants us to learn how to tap into our spiritual gifts on our own free will.
I want you to learn your place in the body of Christ and seek how I want you to carry yourself. I assure you, that how I want you to carry yourself is different from how the world wants you to. I am calling you out of the world my daughter.
“Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other. In His grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. “So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.”
Romans 12:4-8 NLT
God wants us to learn our places so that we can align with the body of Christ and serve in the full capacity that He has given us. Whatever your gifts are, I urge you to learn how to cultivate and grow those gifts. He wants you to know that what the world calls good is foolish to Him. I urge you to ask him for help in this matter. We are so used to what the world has called us to do that we are dumbfounded when it comes to what God wants for us. He has called us out of the world because this is not who we were called to be nor where we were called to be. Revelation 18:4 NLT warns, “Then I heard another voice calling from heaven, “Come away from her, my people. Do not take part in her sins, or you will be punished with her.”
I love you with an everlasting love.
Jeremiah 31:3 NLT says, “Long ago the Lord said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.” Isn’t it beautiful that God speaks to us still now, and the way He speaks aligns with scripture? The way He professes His love for us is so beautiful. As His daughter, you are one of a kind in His eyes. He sees your potential because He knew you before you were even formed…. All you have to do is tap in sis!!! Tap in!!!! We don’t have to work for His love, He gives it to us freely. We don’t have to sacrifice anything to get it, it’s free. It’s pure. It’s wide. It’s deep. As a matter of fact, I quote, “And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.”
Ephesians 3:18 NLT
Soon I will reclaim you as my own. It is your choice to accept your place in my kingdom or not.
John 14:3 NLT says, “When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.” Jesus will soon return for His bride without spot, wrinkle, or blemish (Ephesians 5:27) so it is up to you to prepare yourself or not, as His royal bride.
Count the price before you decide. Now go, my daughter, you have much to do.”
“But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it? So you cannot become my disciple without giving up everything you own.”
Luke 14:28, 33 NLT
God is telling you to understand that before you decide to follow Him, realize that there will be much sacrifice and much struggle to reach salvation. It will NOT be easy, I repeat, IT WILL NOT BE EASY!!! But don’t let it deter you from following Him. What He has for you is much more important and worthwhile than what this temporary world has for you.
