Lately, I have been feeling a great separation from a lot of people. Not because I am upset with them or anything, but because the more I awaken spiritually, the less I am drawn to entertain what I used to. Everywhere you look, there is pride in vanity and status. We seem to lack true substance. We have ceased being real with each other about who we truly are. We are so puffed up with pride and see no wrong in the ways we live. There’s not a single ounce of the need to repent or even to seek wise council. It reminds me of 2 Timothy 3:1-9 that says, “You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that! They are the kind who work their way into people’s homes and win the confidence of vulnerable women who are burdened with the guilt of sin and controlled by various desires. (Such women are forever following new teachings, but they are never able to understand the truth.) These teachers oppose the truth just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses. They have depraved minds and a counterfeit faith. But they won’t get away with this for long. Someday everyone will recognize what fools they are, just as with Jannes and Jambres.” God woke me up around 2:00 am about 2 weeks ago and gave me this scripture. Today as I sit and reflect, I’m truly bothered by how far we’ve fallen. God is not pleased, and why should He be?! It is truly saddening how we choose to carry ourselves. For example, I listen to numerous women that voice their stances in their relationships or just how they are not exclusive with their significant others and how they entertain different men and have absolutely no remorse. These are the uncomfortable conversations that need to be addressed. We have fallen so far away from God, and it’s time to turn back to Him.

Living in the last days is so very humbling because as we watch prophesy unfold, we realize that this shouldn’t be a surprise. God warned us about the End Times in His Word. Distractions are keeping us bound and drawn to what our flesh craves without a second thought of God’s Desires. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 says, “It is said that in the last days, they will turn away from wise council and follow their own desires and instead listen to what their itching ears want to hear.”

I can only pray for souls to be saved and that those that are puffed up with pride would humble themselves. I urge you to repent, because the Son of Man is soon to return. He is right at the door, and it saddens me that many don’t sense this. Unfortunately, many are not one of His sheep and do not know or hear His Voice (John 10:3-5). Some have yet to awaken from their spiritual slumber.

I pray that this moves you, because God is calling out to you. He has such a huge love for us, and does not desire for any of us to perish. BUT, if you don’t awaken, He will come to you like a thief in the night and it will suddenly be too late. Ask yourself, “if Jesus were to return right now, what would my heart’s response be?” If the answer to that is similar to, “I’m not ready”…. This message is EXACTLY for you. God wants you to stop being nonchalant because time is running short. Prophesy is quickly inching towards Jesus’s Second Coming, and it’s not a game or a laughing matter.

I pray for you today, Friend. I pray that God will begin to do a great work in you and that you will be challenged to yield to His Call. Honor God with your life, and turn away from evil. You may say, I’m good with God because I’m not evil and I’m not doing the things that wicked people are doing so I’ll be saved….. But do you have a close relationship with God? Does God even know your name? Do you hear directly from Him? Do you know how to discern His Voice? Do you know WHEN He’s speaking to you? One of the most alarming scriptures to me is Matthew‬ ‭25‬:‭12‬ ‭NLT, “But he called back, ‘Believe me, I don’t know you!’” You may think you are known by God, but may be mistaken. I urge you to look deeper at your fruit to see where you may stand with our Abba, Father.

In these Last Days, I pray that you will start to examine yourself and ask yourself these tough questions. Take your requests to God and test the Spirit for yourself. God is faithful, and will answer the call of those who diligently seek Him. Don’t try to gain the approval of the world, and lose your soul. It’s not worth it, Friend. I challenge you to make the choice that will have the most meaning for your soul.
