God has been in the business of revelation lately. He has revealed via different mediums that it’s time to get our affairs in order. Now is not the time to be idle. Now is the time to consecrate ourselves and pray. If there is anything you have been wanting to do in life, now is the time to do it. We have been spending way too much time being nonchalant and foregoing our Kingdom purposes. People are literally dropping dead around us and we have missed out on so many opportunities to minister to them because we weren’t tapped into our calling. As I look around and observe people, and what they do with their time, how they treat others, and how they treat and talk about themselves, it is apparent that we are too distracted from what’s important. It is time for us to rise above what brings us down, but how do we start? How do we help each other of we don’t even help ourselves?
OBEDIENCE
Lately, God has been guiding me through preparation. He will randomly place someone on my heart and give me this undeniable urge to reach out to them. Half the time I don’t even know what I’m supposed to be reaching out about. God is so strategic in His timing. If He wants to reach someone through us and we are disobedient, He will cause them to reach out to us. Just imagine all of the times this has happened to you and you tell the person that you were just thinking of them or that they have been on your mind. That, my friend, is no coincidence. Most times it’s typically people that I don’t associate with on a regular basis. I am here to urge you to never miss one of these opportunities. You never know when your obedience could be life of death for someone God needs you to reach. The more we practice obedience in the small things, the more God will award us more to steward over. Luke 12:48 says, “But someone who does not know, and then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required.” This means that God will bless us, but in return He EXPECTS us to steward well over what He has blessed us with, no matter how big or small.
Though I can give you tons of practical ways to hear more clearly from God, the most basic level that we must start with in order to get there, lies in our OBEDIENCE. If we can show ourselves faithful with little, God will reveal Himself more. I pray for a change into your life and an increase of your Kingdom calling. I pray for an increase of knowledge, understanding, discernment, and humbleness. I pray that God sends you a supernatural awakening that changes you forevermore. I pray that God keeps His eyes on you and dispatches His Angels to protect and keep you wherever you go. Always know that tomorrow is not promised, and now is the time for our season of preparation. God bless you, friend.
